HMOs-
We offer flexible weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleaning for communal areas. Beyond cleaning, we act as your eyes and ears on-site by conducting routine fire alarm testing and immediately reporting any repair or maintenance issues. This proactive approach keeps tenant standards high and allows you to resolve minor issues in a timely manner. 

Commercial Buildings-
We bring expert care to commercial spaces, with dedicated experience cleaning both private day nurseries and small office environments. As we expand our commercial operations, we are looking to partner with local businesses that need a reliable, high-standard cleaning service they can trust day in and day out.
 
End of Build-

End of Tenancy-
Having been a tenant myself, I know how frustrating it is to move into a property that was supposedly 'professionally cleaned,' only to find myself scrubbing the bathroom and kitchen on move-in day. We don’t cut corners. Our end-of-tenancy cleans set the benchmark for your property from day one, ensuring your new tenants step into a genuinely spotless home. By providing them with the exact standard of cleanliness you expect, you set the tone for how they treat your investment throughout their tenancy.

Airbnbs-
We work flexibly around your booking schedule to ensure seamless guest turnovers. We are fully integrated with platforms like Turno, allowing for automated scheduling and crystal-clear communication. To protect your investment, we inspect the property and report any damages immediately upon arrival. Once the clean is complete, we send you a video walk-through - giving you total peace of mind and the visual proof required for any guest disputes. We can also fully monitor and manage your consumable stock levels so you never run low. We have three levels of cleans available for airbnbs which can be found below.  

Level 1: Cleaning Only

This covers the cleaning of the property only. We will strip and remake beds if linen is provided onsite, but you remain responsible for managing your linen stock, laundry, and all deliveries or collections.

• Billing: You will receive a monthly invoice for all completed cleans.

Level 2: Cleaning & Linen Service Introduction

This includes everything in Level 1, plus an introduction to our trusted linen partner. We will handle ordering your initial "setup linen" and schedule the first delivery to get you started. This eliminates the hassle of finding a reliable local supplier, managing linen replacements, and paying high upfront stock costs. We hand over the pieces; you get a streamlined system.

• Introductory Fee: A one-off fee of £250.

• Billing: You will receive a monthly invoice from us for the cleaning services. You will be invoiced directly by the linen company for the initial setup and ongoing hire costs.

Level 3: Full Cleaning & Linen Management

The ultimate hands-off solution. We take full responsibility for ordering, managing, and paying for all your linen needs. Our team handles the admin, coordinates collections, and schedules deliveries so you don't have to lift a finger.

• Setup Fee: You will be invoiced by us for the initial "setup linen" to get the hire stock onsite (the same hire cost as Level 2).

• Billing: Each turnaround is priced as a flat total encompassing the cleaning cost, the fixed ongoing linen hire, and a fixed linen management fee. You will receive one clear, consolidated invoice at the end of each month.
